We aim to ensure that everyone can access our facilities and communicate with our team effectively.
Our Facilities Step-free, floor-level entrance Our main entrance is level with the pavement, allowing easy access for wheelchair users, pushchairs, and those with mobility difficulties.
Accessible toilet A fully accessible toilet is available on the ground floor for patients who require it.
Lift to first floor A passenger lift is available to access administrative areas located on the first floor.
Accessible car parking space We provide a designated accessible parking space.
Communication Support Hearing loop A hearing loop system is installed at reception and in consultation rooms for patients with hearing aids.
Language Line We can arrange telephone interpreting services for patients who prefer to communicate in a language other than English.
Sign language interpreter We can arrange for a qualified hearing (British Sign Language) interpreter for patients with hearing impairments. Please let us know in advance if this is required so we can arrange it for your appointment.

Evening and weekend appointments are available with GPs, practice nurses and other healthcare professionals for routine pre-booked services.
