At Layton Medical Centre we try our best to get things right but there is always room for improvement. We welcome any feedback on ways to improve or even better that you are happy with the service.
We also have a Patient Participation Group for the surgery. This group of patients, staff and GPs meet virtually regularly to discuss ways to improve patient care and communication. We are looking for new members if you would like your suggestions to make a difference. Please contact Reception for further details.
